Large boiler plants

Hagelschuer builds pre-assembled boiler units according to customer requirements. The pressure part is manufactured in Denmark or Germany, depending on the task.

All boilers are equipped with a Weishaupt burner and a Hagelschuer control system based on a Siemens PLC.

The Hagelshuer control and the Hagelshuer components work together (in a PLC) to achieve the best steam solution according to EN regulations such as EN12.953. Can also be supplied according to ASME. Sizes from approx. 2 to 40 T/H in pressure steps 10, 16 or 25. All systems are CE-marked as a system (Assembly) by TÜV and functionally tested at the factory.
