Hagelschuer builds pre-assembled boiler units according to customer requests. The printing inks are manufactured in Denmark or Germany depending on the job.
All boilers are equipped with a Weishaupt burner and a Hagelschurer control system based on a Siemens PLC.
The Hagelshuer controller and Hagelschuer components work together (in a PLC) to achieve the best steam solution according to EN regulations such as EN12.953. Can also be delivered according to ASME. Sizes from approx. 2 to 40 T/H in pressure stages 10, 16 or 25. All systems are CE marked as a system (Assembly) by TÜV and function tested at the factory.
